1. GENERAL
The EP 6000 Series Positioner,mounted on a pneumatic actuator,moves the actuator by receiving DC4~20mA signals from a controller.Also,the function of detecting and feeding back the actuator displacement provides accurate position in response to DC4~20mA signals.
The EP 6000 can be used with both single and double action on actuators.

3、特點
①適用于小容量及大容量的執(zhí)行機構
由于采用了載荷控制彈簧，選擇相應的彈簧后就能獲得適合于該執(zhí)行的定位器。
②耗氣量小
放大器的耗氣量小、容量大。
③可以選擇輸出特性
由于反饋機械中有凸輪裝置，因此可以選擇標準特性以外的輸出特性。
④各種反饋方式對應的型號
只要更換凸輪裝置，就可以用于以下對應的執(zhí)行機構。

⑤易變換成反作用放大器
單作用執(zhí)行機構在需要反作用控制時，正作用型放大器很容易變換成反作用型放大器。
⑥耐壓防爆型可在現(xiàn)場進行調整
由于信號（4~20mA.DC）輸入端接頭及線圈部位的封裝呈耐壓防爆結構，因此在進行檢修及行程調整時，可以在現(xiàn)場防爆區(qū)域內拆除定位器外殼。
⑦本質**的構造有著廣闊的適用范圍
接線盒及線圈有著本質**型的構造，因此與專用的齊納**柵組合使用能使力矩線圈適用于所有危險氣體的場所（包括0區(qū)），使用環(huán)境溫度范圍為-40~+60℃。
3.FEATURES

Having a cam within the feedback construction,choices other than the standard linear characteristic available.

⑤REVERSE ACTION RELAY EASILY AVAILABLE
The positive acting relay can be used as a reverse action relay when combined with a single acting actuator that requires a reverse action control.
⑥EXPLOSION PROOF STRUCTURE MARKING ON-SITE ADJUSTMENT POSSIBLE
Explosion proof construction,with the terminal and coil blocks enclosed together in one package,makes it possible to remove the positioner cover for inside inspection or span adjustment even in an explosive ambient.
